When I launched my website, it was extremely important to me that I be a provider and resource of information pertaining to our real estate industry and the local real estate market in Las Cruces, New Mexico. How frustrating it has been to surf the web and seek information only to be stopped by the website owner asking for personal information from me. I vowed not to require a contact form to be filled out on my website in order to receive information that I can provide to you for free. I have held true to this commitment, and though I hope that you’ll contact me directly should you have any questions or real estate needs, I never wish to be a ‘collector’ of personal information. I’ve provided plenty of opportunity for you to contact me in an easily navigable approach, I hope. When you do provide information to me in order to contact you in return, know that the following is how I’ll treat your private information.

I will not sell, share or rent any basic information you provide to me in order to contact you or furnish requested information to you. I will only use information in accordance with this privacy policy under which the information was collected.

I will personally take every precaution to protect your contact information both online and offline. My website does not collect credit card numbers or social security numbers or other sensitive information. If you have any questions about the security on my website, you can send an email to michelle@michellemartin.net.

In order to use the Customer Forum section of this website, you will be asked to register a username and select a password. During registration, you will be required to give your contact information (such as name and email address). This information will not be sold, shared, or rented in any manner.
